Riham AlMusa is the Managing Director & VP of Public Sector at Oracle Saudi Arabia. In her role, Riham supports the digital transformation initiatives of Oracle’s public and private sector customers in the Kingdom. She also focuses on initiatives to attract, train, mentor, and prepare Saudi’s next generations of talent for the digital economy. She is passionate about inclusion and equity in the workplace, specifically for women and the youth. Riham AlMusa was born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1988 and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University. She is a devoted mother, wife, and a passionate hard worker. Prior to joining Oracle, Riham held a wide range of roles with increasing levels of responsibility at SAP, including Managing Director of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Having joined Oracle in April 2021 as Cloud Applications Director, she was then given the additional responsibility of leading Oracle’s public sector business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, before taking on her current role. Riham has over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, ensuring customer success across the Enterprise, Government, and SMB Segments, with core competencies in driving revenue growth across emerging industries, markets, and geographies in the GCC region. She also has specific expertise in digital transformation, healthcare services, and ERP consulting verticals.
