Rawan Almogbil

Rawan Almuqbil is the CEO of Lenks.ai, Saudi Arabia's first AI-powered virtual meetings platform, leading the mission to localize enterprise AI and transform how organizations communicate, collaborate, and make decisions. She also serves as Chief Innovation Officer at InnovationX, advancing immersive VR training and simulation technologies. Her work has been recognized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Georgetown University, and the Atlantic Council. She was also awarded Second Most Innovative Company in Saudi Arabia through the WIN Fellowship and recognized among the Top Women Leaders in the Vanity Holdings Index. Beyond her executive roles, Rawan mentors entrepreneurs through Misk Launchpad, Code Lab, and Playbook, while championing the adoption of AI technologies that drive productivity, organizational knowledge, and digital transformation.
