Rashid is the CEO at Deloitte Middle East Consulting, leading a team of 1,500+ outstanding professionals and partners across 15 countries. Rashid has been with Deloitte since 2003 and has more than 20 years of consulting experience serving some of the world’s largest Middle East based sovereign wealth funds, family enterprises, government entities and national oil companies and leading corporates. Before his current role, Rashid served as the Chief Strategy Officer and was leading the Government and Public Services practice for Deloitte Middle East.He has over 20 years of experience in serving different ministries, government entities and private companies in the Middle East and beyond, on some of the most complex transformations across multiple sectors - including policy and socioeconomic development, defense, security, justice, tourism, logistics, transport, industrial, commerce, technology, logistics, healthcare, and education.Before relocating to the Middle East, he advised the UK Government on economic policy and strategy development.
