As the former Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer & Chief Portfolio Management Officer of ACWA Power (www.acwapower.com), he drove the company’s global growth over a decade and a half through his expertise in new business development, acquisitions, finance, construction, and operational matters, leading to an US$ 45+ billion market cap post its IPO in 2021. Prior to that, up to 2008, Rajit was the CFO of Engie(www.engie.com) for the Middle East, Asia & Africa region, where he helped catapult Engie from a single asset business to becoming the largest I(W)PP player in the Middle East and Africa region.
