Rabih El Chaar

Rabih El Chaar is the CEO and co-founder of Nadeera Technologies. Nadeera is a new breed of waste management companies that engages communities to recycle through their digital platform Yalla Return to divert waste from landfill. Yalla Return focuses on maximizing recycling though technology enabled behavioural change through (1) Promoting recycling awareness, (2) Verifying that waste is sorted through IoT and (3) Rewarding sustainable practices through cash back. Rabih comes from an engineering and consulting background. He has a Masters in Engineering from Canada and an MBA from INSEAD business school.
