Nouf Aldakhil is Chief of Staff to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Sultan Al Saud, Vice Chairman of Savvy Games Group, and serves as Advisor to the Chairman of the Saudi Esports Federation and the Esports Foundation.With more than 15 years of experience spanning esports, gaming, government affairs, corporate strategy, aviation, media, and fashion, Nouf has played a pivotal role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s position as a global hub for gaming and esports. She works at the intersection of public and private sectors, helping shape strategic initiatives, foster international partnerships, and drive collaboration across government entities, global publishers, investors, and industry leaders.Throughout her career, Nouf has advised senior executives and national leaders on governance, stakeholder engagement, and large-scale strategic programs. Prior to her current roles, she led the CEO Office at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), managed major cultural initiatives at Misk Art Institute, and held leadership positions across aviation and international business.Recognized for her diplomatic approach, cross-functional leadership, and ability to navigate complex, high-profile environments, Nouf is passionate about building ecosystems that unlock opportunities for talent, innovation, and sustainable growth. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Syracuse University in New York and has completed executive education programs in strategy, leadership, project management, and game industry development.
