Muhammad Zeeshan Hassan

Muhammad Zeeshan Hassan is the Chief Investment Officer at Wa’ed Ventures, Saudi Aramco’s corporate venture capital fund, where he leads investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital deployment across high-growth technology companies. With over 16 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, he has led investments across multiple sectors and stages, with a focus on artificial intelligence, enterprise software, deep technology, semiconductors, fintech, and climate technology. In addition to leading investments, he serves on the boards of several technology companiesand is actively involved in shaping investment governance, portfolio strategy, and institutional capabilities. A Kauffman Fellow, Zeeshan has completed executive education at UC Berkeley Haas, Stanford University, Harvard University, and Imperial College London.He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Wales and is passionate about fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and the growth of Saudi Arabia’s technology ecosystem.
