pace and Mechatronics Engineer, Mohamed Sobhy Fouda holds an MSc from the Technical University of Berlin and has experience working with German and European space agencies, specializing in Space engineering for AI infrastructure.A deep-tech inventor with patents in ultra-low-power computing and autonomous aerospace systems, Sobhy founded SALUTS in Germany in 2023. He won the Grand Prize in Sweden’s “Space for Defence and Security” challenge, followed by the “Economics of the Future” Award at the Entrepreneurship World Cup 2024 in Saudi Arabia.Today, he is building SALUTS’ vision from Riyadh: a command intelligence layer connecting Space and Earth infrastructure through unified, autonomous, and sovereign operations—enabling more efficient, sustainable, and reliable systems across robotics, data centers, and critical infrastructure.
