Moataz Allami

Moataz Allami is the Chief Information Security Officer at HUMAIN, PIF's national AI champion. With nearly 15 years of cybersecurity experience across HUMAIN, Aramco, and Aramco Digital, he leads cybersecurity strategy across cloud security, AI security, and application security.He was the founding CISO at Aramco Digital, where he built the cybersecurity program from inception — establishing the security strategy, governance framework, and operational capabilities for a rapidly scaling digital organization. Prior to that, he led the cyber risk management function at Saudi Aramco, overseeing enterprise risk, governance, and compliance across one of the world's most complex operational environments.At HUMAIN, Moataz is responsible for securing the Kingdom's sovereign AI and cloud infrastructure, ensuring the safe adoption of advanced AI technologies at national scale. He holds six globally recognized certifications: CCSK, GSLC, CISM, COBIT, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001.
