Marcus Alm is Managing Director of Media Rights and Live Production at Two Circles, where he leads work across media rights strategy, sales and distribution, live production and content delivery for sports rights holders and media partners globally.He has spent 15 years in the sports production industry, including eight years leading the Live Production department at Spring Media. During that time, he focused heavily on developing remote and technology led production models designed to increase efficiency while maximizing the value and quality of live sports content.Today, his role brings together the commercial and production sides of sports media, helping rights holders increase the reach and value of their content while developing smarter and more efficient ways to produce and distribute it.
