Malangou Seyadou is the General Manager of CAMCO (Capital Metro Company), the operator responsible for the operations and maintenance of Riyadh Metro Lines 1 and 2, representing a key cornerstone of one of the most ambitious and transformative urban mobility programs in the world.With over 20 years of distinguished experience within the RATP Group, Malangou has built robust, world-class expertise in automated metro operations, major rail transit infrastructure, multi-system integration, and large-scale operational transformation.Prior to leading CAMCO's mission in Saudi Arabia, he held key senior management roles within RATP in Paris, notably directing operations on Paris Metro Line 1—one of the world’s pioneer high-capacity, fully automated lines—and steering the complex Line 14 automation extension project.Based in Riyadh since 2021, Malangou has played an instrumental role in guiding the preparatory phases, operational readiness, and mobilization of Riyadh Metro Lines 1 and 2 His leadership bridges the invaluable lessons learned from decades of managing mature, high-density transit networks with the unique, fast-paced challenges of launching and scaling a greenfield, state-of-the-art fully automated driverless metro system.He is deeply committed to driving operational excellence, maximizing passenger experience, and cultivating a resilient safety culture to shape the next evolution of smart public transport networks.
