Luke Tay
Luke leads Cornucopia, a Singapore-based, globally oriented foresight and strategy practice advancing future-readiness, sustainability, and innovation across the public-private-people sectors, with a focus on food, supply chains, and smart cities. A thought leader on future-ready leadership and polycrisis resilience strategies, he has written, developed scenarios, and advised on issues in Asian food security, global water futures, the nexus of food geopolitics and Agrifoodtech, sustainable development, carbon markets, and product and value chain innovation.Luke serves as startup and corporate adviser and resident futurist to a range of entities, supporting G/B-to-G/B collaborations and investments in strategic sectors across ASEAN and emerging markets. He is a board member of the Association of Professional Futurists, an adjunct with the Civil Service College and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy’s executive education programme, and a member of the Economic Development Board of Singapore Society. Before founding Cornucopia, Luke worked for two decades in leadership and general management roles in the agrifood and transport spheres of the Singapore public service.
