He has 22 years of experience driving large scale digital procurement and supply chain transformations across the world and in the Middle East. Kumar brings hands-on experience of advising C-suite at multi-billion-dollar conglomerates and public sector entities in the areas of digital procurement transformation, AI enabled procurement and supply chain redesign, functional strategy definition, supply chain resilience, operating model and organization design, policy & process design, performance improvement, cost optimization, category management, and supply chain improvement programs.
