Hussein Attar is a venture capitalist, business leader and ecosystem enabler. As CEO of Tech Invest Com (TIC), a Riyadh-based investment firm that started with 1Bn SAR, he oversees strategic investments and governance, driving growth in technology and enterprise solutions.A recognized advocate for Saudi Arabia’s venture capital ecosystem, Hussein actively shapes policy through his roles as a Board Member of the Saudi Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (VCPEA) and the National Committee for Entrepreneurship (NCE) at the Federation of Saudi Chambers, and Board Member of Oqal Angel Investment Group. His leadership extends to multiple boards, including Globitel, Merit Incentives, and Mbuzz, where he advises on scaling operations, strategy, and funding.
