Hisham Al-Sheikh serves as Chief of Shared Services and Chief Digital Officer at Expo 2030 Riyadh Company. He oversees shared services and directs the organization’s digital transformation, ensuring operational systems and technology are structured to support the delivery of Expo 2030 Riyadh.Al-Sheikh has held senior leadership roles within the Digital Government Authority, contributing to the Kingdom’s national digital transformation agenda under Vision 2030. His experience spans change management, organizational development, performance optimization, and enterprise-wide digital transformation across public and ICT institutions.Through this work, he has supported the development of integrated digital government services, strengthened cross-government coordination, and advanced institutional transformation within complex public-sector environments.Al-Sheikh’s career is defined by aligning digital strategy with institutional build-out and large-scale program delivery.
