Dr. Hebah ElGibreen is an innovation and emerging technology leader with a strong track record in advancing national research, development, and innovation ecosystems. She holds a PhD in Machine Learning and completed her postdoctoral fellowship at the MIT, specializing in AI & robotics. Dr. ElGibreen has held key leadership roles across government, industry, and academia, including KSU, stc, and RDIA, where she has led strategic initiatives in AI, innovation enablement, and ecosystem development.
