Dr. Noureddine Ouadah, Minister of Knowledge Economy, Startups and Micro-enterprises (since November 2024).From 2020 to 2024, Dr. Ouadah was the Director for Startups and Incubators at the same Ministry and President of the Algerian “National Start-up Committee”.Before joining the Ministry, Dr. Ouadah was a senior researcher at the Center for Development of Advanced Technologies (CDTA) from 2003 to 2019, where he held the positions of Head of the Technology and Project Management Department and Deputy Director, between 2014 and 2019.He contributed to the “Fikra-Tech” project, the first incubator within a major research center in Algeria, and was also part of the MIT Regional Entrepreneurship Acceleration Program (MIT REAP) in 2017-19 as Team Algeria Program Manager.Dr. Ouadah holds a PhD in Robotics from the École Nationale Polytechnique of Algiers and the LAAS-CNRS lab. (Toulouse, France).
