Dr. Mohammad Batouk
Dr. Mohammed bin Ali Batouq holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, and a PhD in Administrative Sciences from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada. He has previously worked for several government and private entities, including the Saudi Telecom Company (STC), King Abdullah Medical City, and NUPCO, holding various positions and responsibilities. He currently serves as the Assistant Deputy Minister for Beneficiary Services at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, a position he has held since 1444 AH (2022/2023). Dr. Batouq has participated in and presented numerous workshops, training programs, and academic courses in various fields, including strategy, quality, innovation, and supply chain management.
