Dr. Manal Mansour AlNemari is a national digital health leader and transformational healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale AI, robotics, and digital health initiatives across Saudi Arabia. She currently serves as Innovation and Emerging Technology Leader at the Ministry of Health (MoH), KSA, where she has spearheaded landmark programmes in pharmacy automation, real-time clinical data platforms, telehealth, and clinical intelligence - delivering measurable impact on patient safety, access, and operational efficiency at a national level.She is widely recognised for leading the Middle East's first centralised robotic pharmacy system and for shaping future-ready, value-based healthcare models aligned with national priorities and Vision 2030.
