Dr. Dhaifallah Alwadani is the founder of E3 Ventures, a Saudi venture platform helping global technology startups enter and scale in the Saudi market through its fund and accelerator programs. He previously co-founded fintech and AI companies, including Dinar Investment, and holds a PhD in Computer Science. He works closely with founders and investors to connect international innovation ecosystems with opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
