Cezmi Eroglu

Cezmi Eroglu is Regional Solutions Director at ARIS, where he leads the Customer Value (presales) organisation across the Middle East and Turkey, Asia Pacific and ANZ. With more than 17 years in business process management, process mining and value engineering, he has built his career helping large enterprises turn process data into measurable business outcomes.He joined ARIS in 2010 and has since partnered with national energy companies, telecom operators, government entities and global banks across the Gulf and Asia, guiding them from discovery and value assessment through proof of value to production adoption. His current focus is agentic AI, specifically how process intelligence provides the context, controls and governance layer that allows AI agents to operate safely within real business rules and regulatory boundaries.Cezmi holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Bogazici University and is based in Dubai.
