Bandar S. Albalawi

Bandar S. Albalawi is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at TETCO and a technology executive with more than 18 years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and large-scale technology delivery across the public and private sectors. He previously held executive leadership roles at IoT Squared, ZATCA, Riyadh Municipality, STC Solutions, STC, and AEC. Bandar holds an EMBA from KSU, an MSc in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree from PSU.
