I have been working in the fashion industry since the age of 16. I began my career as a stylist assistant and quickly advanced to leading my own team, freelancing for video productions, and creating editorials for prestigious publications such as Vogue Italy.I have managed fashion shows with teams of over 200 people and have worked at major fashion weeks, collaborating with international designers and agencies as a model coordinator and stylist. My experience includes partnerships with luxury brands such as Jil Sander and Global Fashion Collective.At 18, I embraced my entrepreneurial spirit and founded Irisphera, a company dedicated to promoting authenticity and encouraging conscious shopping behaviors in the online fashion world. Today, Irisphera works with brands across 10 different markets in Europe and in the Middle East. The company was awarded first prize for Innovation in Fashion Retail in Italy and it was part of the European Innovation & Technology Culture and Creativity program and She Wins Climate by World Bank.To further deepen my expertise, I also studied Fashion Styling and Creative Direction at Istituto Marangoni in Milan. I am also an AI Fashion Advisor and international speaker, driving innovation at the intersection of technology and fashion, helping brands to develop their digital and growth strategy.
