Andrew Zaloumis

Founder CEO Andrew Zaloumis brings over 35 years’ international experience in conservation and sustainable economic development to Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve. He has established protected areas, advised ministerial and parliamentary committees, chaired international commissions, represented the State Party at the UNESCO World Heritage Committee, advised NGOs and pioneered regional conservation and economic projects that transcend national boundaries, all with the common aim of driving social change through resource-based development. More recently, under the leadership of the Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve board, chaired by His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Zaloumis has conceptualized and is implementing an ambitious restoration and rewilding plan for the 24,500km2 terrestrial and marine Prince Mohammed bin Salman Royal Reserve, establishing it as the core of a regional conservation area of global significance and a driver of socio-economic benefits.
