Andrew Osadchyi

Andrew Osadchyi is the Founder and CEO of MELT WATER Inc., a Ukrainian deep-tech company developed the world’s first freeze-based, filter-free water purification technology. With over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, and 9 years dedicated to R&D in water purification and desalination, he initiated and led the development of MELT’s cryogenic technology.Andrew has guided the company from early laboratory research to validated prototypes and international expansion. His work focuses on scalable, sustainable water solutions that eliminate consumables, reduce plastic waste, and optimize water and energy efficiency.Under his leadership, MELT has received support from leading international organizations, including USAID, EBRD, UNIDO, GIST, UMAEF, and Seeds of Bravery, and has been showcased at global platforms such as CES, COP, and Web Summit Qatar.He has built partnerships across the GCC and EU regions, collaborating with research institutions and industry players. Andrew holds an MBA, is an alumnus of KMBS, Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), and UNIT School of Business, and mentors at KSE, NaUKMA, and AI-House Hardware.
