A transformational strategist with over 20 years of experience across Saudi , US and Europe, working with startups and conglomerates. As an executive, she led numerous transformations in Finance, Technology, Education and Government. Her government work included leading and supporting the development of several national strategies and policies. She also designed and managed key government programs for MHRSD, HRDF, MoF, GEA, MCIT and MoH . She served on national committees chaired by Ministers and as an advisor to the Minister of Municipality and Housing, ending her government career as Strategic Advisor for the Red Sea Authority on the Development of the National Strategy for Coastal Tourism, Human Capital Development and Community Engagement. In the financial sector, she was an HP Consultant on the SADAD (Saudi Payment System) project for the Central Bank before moving to AlAwal Bank. In 2016, she was appointed as Head of Transformation and Change, leading transformations in retail, corporate, investment, and treasury and was a member of the bank's projects investment committee. Other key past positions include : Managing Director - MENA for Fullbridge (Boston-based EdTech company) . A Board Member at Takamol Business Solutions (TBS). Currently she is Founder and CEO of Vibrant Work and Co-Founder of MySanctuary.ai, Co-Founder of Sadeel Real Estate Development Company and Member of the National Committee For Sustainability and Green Economy at the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce. Abeer holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Education from Jubail Girls College and a Master's degree in Strategy and Innovation from Oxford Said Business School.
