As the CEO of Keiretsu Forum SEE, I lead the first cross-border Angel Investor Network across Southeast Europe, connecting nine countries. At Keiretsu, I aim to build a vibrant startup ecosystem in the region by linking visionary founders with investors, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation. Part of the world’s largest angel investment network, Keiretsu Forum SEE creates essential financing opportunities, particularly for founders in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia, where access to private funding for early-stage startups remains limited. With a PhD in Economics from Peking University, my work bridges economic policy, entrepreneurship, and academia. As a university lecturer, research associate, and advisor to economic development institutions, I’m committed to advancing practical insights and sustainable growth strategies. My research focuses on key regional priorities, including Nearshoring, Green Industrial Policy, and Sustainable Development, aiming to position the Western Balkans as a hub for high-growth startups and resilient economies.
