Rashida Hodge

Rashida Hodge is a technologist and executive leader specializing in AI and emerging technologies, leading global technology transformations and innovation strategies. She is the Corporate Vice President for Data and AI Customer Success at Microsoft, known for accelerating data-driven transformation and implementing AI business applications Rashida was previously the Global Vice President at IBM, where she led the commercialization and global launch of IBM Watson AI, earning the nickname "Superhero of IBM Watson AI." Originally from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, Rashida is dedicated to developing next-generation leaders and creating opportunities for women and minorities in engineering. She founded the Real Hope for NextGen Engineers Endowment.
