Mashael Isa Fairooz

Mashael is a seasoned investment banker with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of closing several transactions in the GCC region. She founded JEO Capital Management which is a boutique investment advisory firm based out of the Kingdom of Bahrain. JEO specializes in the provision of transaction advisory, financial consultancy, and business development solutions to its clients with a dedicated focus on the education, healthcare, technology, and international real estate sectors. She currently serves as a director on the board of several companies across diversified sectors including JEO and their portfolio companies. She has also co-founded the Dreams Society (Bahrain) which is a humanitarian initiative committed to fulfil the dreams of children affected by terminal illness. She is also a judge on Beban, middle-east shark tank, a reality TV show in which entrepreneurs pitch to investors for immediate investment offers and strategic business opportunities.
