Chris Stephens

As the Field CTO at Groq, Chris builds practical AI solutions that benefit his customers. Drawing on his background as a Chief Data Officer at companies like GEICO, Zendesk, and American Eagle Outfitters, he has a track record of using data and AI to enhance business performance. Chris also teaches Data and AI at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, where he lives with his wife and five children. An avid fan of the Grateful Dead and below-average guitar player, Chris enjoys traveling and listening to music in his spare time.
