Beyond Smart: From Data to Decisions for Climate‐Ready Cities

As cities accelerate their digital transformation, “smart” is no longer enough. This targeted, interactive workshop explores how city leaders and innovators can move toward urban systems that sense, learn and respond—supporting resilience, resource efficiency and liveability in a climate‐constrained world. The session explores how data, AI and digital tools can support clearer decisions, stronger alignment and regenerative outcomes as cities respond to climate and growth pressures. Participants will be guided through a readiness‐based framework to reflect on maturity across key foundations, helping surface where cities are today and what matters most to address next.
