Exhibitors Shuttle Service and Parking Access

Exhibitor shuttle buses will operate during show days from 31 August–3 September 2026, with entry and exit restricted to Thumama Road between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

To access the venue with exhibitor shuttle buses during show days, a valid Vehicle Access & Parking Permit (VAPP) is required. This permit must be obtained during the build-up period from 25–30 August 2026 at the Organiser Office (Hall 2).

CP1 parking will be open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM during the build-up period. Shuttle buses must hold a valid VAPP to access the venue during show days.

The bus station will operate as a drop-off and pick-up point only. No vehicle staging or parking is permitted for exhibitor shuttle services at the venue.

Private cars will not be permitted to enter via Thumama Road during either build-up or show days.

Accommodation

LEAP 2026 has appointed an official housing partner to support exhibitors with accommodation during the event.

Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to book through the official platform to access negotiated rates, preferred hotels and dedicated support throughout your stay.

The platform supports both individual reservations and group bookings for teams travelling together.

To secure your room(s), please use the official housing portal below. Due to exceptionally high demand in Riyadh during LEAP, availability is limited and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your exhibitor badge and lead retrieval access are essential for participating at LEAP. Lead retrieval allows you to scan visitor badges, capture contacts and manage leads during and after the event.

INSTRUCTIONS

Access the Customer Centre

Once your contract has been signed, you will receive an automated email containing your login details for the Customer Centre.

The Customer Centre provides the essential tools and information needed to prepare for the event. From here, you can order services and utilities from official vendors, manage exhibitor badges, register staff, access your planning checklist and view other important guidance.

If you experience any issues accessing your account, please contact the customer service team.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Exhibitor parking & transportation

During show days (31 August–3 September 2026), exhibitors will enter the venue via Al-Qassim Road. No separate vehicle access permit is required; however, all drivers and passengers must hold a valid exhibitor badge.

Dedicated exhibitor parking will be available at CP1 from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Access to this area is restricted to badge-holding exhibitors. Personal vehicles are permitted; external shuttle services are not allowed.

For transport within the parking area, golf carts will operate between the parking zones and venue gates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day, providing convenient access to the exhibition halls.

During buildup, golf carts will operate between the parking zones and venue gates from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on 29–30 August 2026 only, providing convenient access to the exhibition halls.
