Elliott Gotkine

In a career spanning 25 years and three continents, Emmy Award-winning journalist Elliott Gotkine has reported for some of the world’s most trusted news outlets, including the BBC, ABC and Bloomberg Television, covering the Middle East, Europe, South America, business and finance. He’s interviewed prime ministers and presidents, including Hugo Chavez, David Cameron and Shimon Peres; business and finance leaders, such as Christine Lagarde and Richard Branson; and Nobel Laureates, like Mario Vargas Llosa. A regular on CNN, Elliott received an Emmy for being part of the network’s breaking news coverage of the October 7 attacks. Likewise, he was an integral member of the CNN team that won 2024’s Overseas Press Club of America David Kaplan Award for Best TV news reporting from abroad. As an in-demand master of ceremonies and moderator, he’s hosted scores of business and tech conferences around the world, including 24Fintech (Riyadh), The Paris Fintech Forum; Big Data & AI World (London); the Global Freight Summit (Dubai); Hong Kong Fintech Week; and the Regulation Asia Awards for Excellence (Singapore). He lives in London with his two children and his one-eyed dog, Molly.
