Umut Yildiz

Umut Yıldız, Ph.D., is a molecular astrophysicist with a degree from Ankara University and a doctorate from Leiden University. With over a decade of experience at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, he has made significant contributions to space telecommunications and astrophysics. Since 2021, he has served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Plan-S and INFINIA, while also advancing science communication as the Director of Science Communication at METU.
