Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology (BSc IT) from the University of Malta and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) specialising in e-Commerce, from the University of Grenoble.
Andrew has formed a partnership with NOUV MT Consultancy to form a new Technology Advisory branch for NOUV MT, which Andrew will be heading. NOUV MT Technology will provide consultancy and other services in the fields of IT Strategy, Portfolio and Project Management, Risk Management, Procurement, IT Audit, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, Change Management, Data Protection and Privacy, Training and Regulatory and Compliance services.
For the last 20 years, Andrew held various roles with a local IT services and integration solutions company. Andrew started his career as a software developer, evolving into a business analyst, project manager and eventually heading the Project Management Office and serving as Chief Operating Officer.
Andrew also served as Chief for Programme Management and Information Systems at the Malta Gaming Authority for a few years, primarily responsible for delivering the Authority’s strategy and IT implementation.

Andrew brings a wealth of experience in the IT field having delivered numerous IT projects ranging from large scale ERP implementations to more specialised IT initiatives.
More recently Andrew has taken a keen interest in current technologies, including Distributed Ledgers and Artificial Intelligence, that are shaping the world to come.
