Khalid AlGhilagah

Khalid AlGhilagah is the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation at the Ministry of Sport, leading strategic initiatives to enhance digital capabilities across the sector. With extensive experience in ERP, IT strategy, and shared services transformation, he has played a key role in activating the Digital Transformation Deputyship and driving government-wide digital initiatives. Previously, he led SABIC’s Global IT Strategy (2020-2025), overseeing 45+ strategic initiatives across multiple regions. Khalid has also successfully delivered 10+ global ERP programs spanning finance, supply chain, HR, and logistics.
