Sami Al-Ajmi

Sami A. Al-Ajmi is the Senior Vice President of Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) at Saudi Aramco. Previously, he served as Vice President of Industrial Security Operations (ISO), overseeing the safety and protection of Aramco’s personnel, assets, and facilities. Al-Ajmi began his career at Saudi Aramco in 1989 and completed his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering (1996) and an M.S. in Telecommunications (2001). Over the years, he has held several leadership roles across security, industrial services, transportation, and community services, contributing to various strategic initiatives. Al-Ajmi has covered a number of leadership positions in Upstream, Project Management, KAUST and Support Organizations, having successfully completed numerous executive programs since joining the company, reinforcing his expertise in digital transformation, security, and corporate strategy.
