With over 17 years of diverse experience, Abdullah Al-Sharqi is a highly accomplished professional known for spearheading and directing multi-billion SAR transformation programs and organizations across various sectors. His expertise spans private Health Insurance, Digital, Real Estate, Housing, Education, and Telecom, making significant contributions to both government and private sectors. In the realm of national initiatives, Abdullah has successfully delivered major programs, including Nphies national insurance information exchange and Eskan housing program, valued at SAR 185 billion as part of Vision 2030. In the private sector, he founded Osimah, a tech company with a valuation of SAR 100 million, and established Alsharqi Avenue, a real estate business valued at SAR 60 million. Abdullah is leading the digital transformation of Tawuniya, achieving SAR 14+ billion in Gross Written Premiums (GWP) through digital channels. As a key decision-maker on the Executive Committee, he oversees a team of 150+ professionals. He also led the setup of the national health insurance platform "nphies" through a PPP model with a SAR 4 billion investment. He spearheaded the digital transformation of CCHI, achieving a high rank in digital maturity within the health sector. Appointed by HE Majed AL-Hokail, Abdullah led the SAR 185 billion housing program, successfully implementing 66 initiatives across 16 government entities. He established strategic business units (SBUs) and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) to drive program initiatives. Abdullah established the Project Management Office (PMO) department, implementing project management standardization. He managed portfolios, programs, and projects to achieve business goals and operational efficiency. Abdullah advised government and private entities on strategy development, financial management, and operations improvement. He led the rollout of new consulting services in the Middle East for the digital age.
