With over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, Amr Mansour has
established himself as a leading expert in business development, digital
transformation, and strategic innovation. Currently serving as the Chief
Transformation Officer at Banque Misr Since 2020 Led a comprehensive Agile
transformation across a 24,000-employee organization, driving innovation and
efficiency. Delivered significant value through customer-centric digital initiatives
and positioned Banque Misr as the market leader in digital sales with 30%+
growth. Achieved 10x faster time-to-market and launched impactful platforms,
boosting customer and employee satisfaction. Pioneered Agile tribes, reduced
delivery timelines by 33%, and aligned transformation strategy with business
goals, ensuring measurable outcomes. Served as a trusted advisor on change
management, fostering collaboration and accountability across stakeholders.
Prior to joining Banque Misr, Mr. Amr was Head of Digital Transformation at
Vodafone Egypt since 2018, he has successfully led initiatives such as the
$70M Universal Health Insurance (UHI) digitalization project, partnering with
five government ministries to revolutionize healthcare for millions of
beneficiaries.
Amr’s journey began in 2000 at Vodafone Egypt, where he advanced through
various roles, Amr’s global perspective is shaped by a two-year assignment in
the UK and extensive collaboration with Vodafone operating companies
worldwide.
His academic credentials include an MBA from IESE Business School (2012),
an M.Sc. in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University
(2004), and a B.Sc. in Accounting from Cairo University (1999)
