Maram Hammad

Maram Hammad is an accomplished leader at Saudi Aramco, recognized for driving innovation and breaking barriers for women in traditionally male-dominated fields. As the first female supervisor in maintenance management and acting deputy manager in the Western Province’s Government Affairs Admin Area, she has paved the way for women in leadership. Maram’s achievements have earned her prestigious accolades, including the Celebrating Saudi Women Achievement in Business award (2019) and the WIAM Women Empowerment Award (2022). She is also the first female BOD member for GSMR 2024-2026 and chairs the Women in Industry and Asset Management (WIAM) initiative, inspiring young women across the region. In her current role, Maram spearheads initiatives to enhance the well-being of employees and communities, creating user-centric solutions while fostering innovation and empowerment.
