Haider Syed is a General Partner at Goanna Capital, a US-based leading private markets investment firm with a core focus on growth-stage private technology investments. To date, Goanna Capital has deployed over $450M in leading private technology companies (such as SpaceX, Groq, Figma and CoreWeave). Haider leads the recently announced $100M KSA-focused Fund, with Goanna actively investing in KSA growth stage technology companies with a preference for DeepTech investments (such as AI and Semiconductors). Haider was also nominated to be a Founding Investment Member of the Kingdom's National Semiconductor Strategy and plays an active role in supporting the Kingdoms long-term Semiconductor plans.
