Welcome to the LEAP Newsletter Referral Programme! By participating in this programme, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

The LEAP Newsletter Referral Programme is open to all individuals who are subscribed to our newsletter. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Informa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referral Process:

To participate, refer friends, colleagues, or acquaintances to subscribe to the LEAP newsletter using your unique referral link provided to you upon signing up for the programme.

Prize Allocation:

Informa reserves the right to decline awarding the referral prize at any time without providing a reason.

Recipients will be provided with a bespoke LEAP avatar design, conveyed via email.

20% Off LEAP Merch Discount Code:

A 20% off discount code for LEAP merchandise will be sent to the recipient in the form of a unique code, distributed through email. This discount can only be redeemed onsite at LEAP 2024 at the event merch shop.

Business Profile Newsletter Shoutout:

The recipient's business profile will receive a prominent mention in our newsletter. The content of the business profile must strictly conform to Informa's guidelines and align with the intended audience and event's theme. Informa reserves the right to revise the content and withhold publication of the shoutout if it does not meet the guidelines.

$25 Amazon Voucher:

A $25 Amazon voucher will be granted to the recipient via an email gift link.

Social Media Shoutout and Repost:

The winner will receive a public acknowledgement and repost on LEAP's official social media channels. To facilitate this, the winner must provide the designated social media handle/business name, along with essential content. The posted content must conform to Informa's guidelines, be relevant to the target audience and event, and feature the prescribed hashtags and links. The shared content must be original and should not infringe upon any copyright or intellectual property rights. Informa retains the right to request alterations to social media content or decline publication if the content deviates from the prescribed guidelines.

VIP Ticket to LEAP 2024:

The recipient of this prize will receive a VIP ticket to LEAP 2024, granted unrestricted access to all stages, sessions, and activity zones throughout the event's three-day duration. Additionally, the recipient will enjoy access to the VIP lounge to facilitate networking with fellow VIPs and speakers. Travel arrangements and accommodation are not included.

Celebrity Meet & Greet:

The winner will be granted a celebrity meet-and-greet with either Anthony Joshua or Tim Draper. The meet & greet will take place at LEAP, during 4-7 March 2024. The scheduling of this session will be accommodated based on mutual convenience between the celebrity and the winner. In circumstances where Anthony and Tim’s availability changes, Informa reserves the authority to designate an alternate key speaker from LEAP. Travel arrangements and accommodation are not included.

Exclusive Mentor Session:

The recipient will be provided with an exclusive mentor session with either Steven Bartlett or Karren Brady at LEAP 2024, during 4-7 March 2024. This 30-minute session will take place in person during the event, contingent upon the mutual availability of both parties. The session will cover various topics agreed upon by the participant and the mentor. Travel and accommodation expenses will be covered, subject to availability. In case the winner cannot fulfil the visa requirements or travel to the designated location, the mentor session will be restructured into a virtual format. In the event of Steven or Karren’s unavailability, Informa reserves the right to designate another distinguished speaker from LEAP.

Data and Privacy:

Participant information collected for the referral programme will be used solely for the purpose of administering the programme and awarding prizes. Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Informa's Privacy Policy.

Disqualification:

Participants engaging in fraudulent or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to using fake accounts, violating social media platforms' terms of use, or providing false information, will be disqualified from the programme.

Modification or Termination:

Informa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

Agreement to Terms:

Participation in the LEAP Newsletter Referral Programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Informa operates. By participating in the LEAP Newsletter Referral Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
