Ticket prices increase in phases. The current pricing phase runs until 23 August 2026, after which full pricing will apply.

Priority Pass includes lounge access, curated networking, private dining, Tech Tours and additional on-site benefits.
VIP Pass is designed for senior leaders with added concierge services, valet parking, transfers and fast-track entry.
Founder Pass includes everything in Priority, along with founder-focused sessions, startup–investor matchmaking and access to the Startup Clinic.
Investor Pass is application-based and includes concierge startup matching, closed-door sessions and access to the Investor Lounge.
Access to lounges and dining options may be included depending on your pass type.
Accommodation is not included, however reserved hotel options are available and attendees book directly with partner hotels.
Yes. Investor Passes are reserved for qualified investors and require an application. All applications are reviewed and approval is required before purchase.
Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions for full details. Transfers to a colleague may be possible before the event, subject to approval.
Yes. LEAP is a professional B2B event and is open to attendees aged 18 and over.
Most international visitors will require a visa to enter Saudi Arabia. We recommend checking official government guidance early and applying in advance.

Yes. You can upgrade from a General pass to a Priority or VIP pass, subject to availability. Pricing will reflect the current ticket phase at the time of upgrade.
Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the LEAP mobile app.
